Taiwan – Integrated Telecom Module & Co. offers the itm- lock FX X U, an ITM-locking USB flash drive in 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, and 16GB capacity. The model has a hardware-based privacy lock and uses an EM or 13.56MHz card type. Its reading frequency is 125kHz/13.56MHz at up to 20mm. An LED indicator is built in.
